Criteria for a referral payout:
Successful Conversion Requirement
To qualify, the referred party must subscribe to a paid opsi plan and maintain this subscription for a minimum of three months if on a monthly payment schedule.
Exclusion of Current Prospects
Any referrals already in dialogue with our team are not eligible for the referral program.
Exclusion of Self-Referrals
The referral program does not accommodate self-referrals. This includes individuals who own or are employed at the prospective establishment.
Guidelines for Multi-Location Referrals
When recommending a multi-unit establishment, the referral incentive is granted solely for the initial referral(s). Subsequent units that may subscribe later are not included in the referral bonus.
Referral Program Effective Date
Referrals are only considered valid if made on or after October 1, 2023. Any referrals made prior to this date will not be eligible for the referral incentive.
